Germany - Construction works - VE2223.2 Building automation works

Fraport AG is procuring building automation works (lot VE2223.2) for the completion of Terminal 3 at Frankfurt Airport. Part of Pier G exists only as a finished shell and will now be fully fitted out. The works include new installation of six automation stations across 25 fields, around 1,900 data points, about 15,000 m of E90 fire-resistant cable, about 80,000 m of low-voltage cabling, about 12,000 m of other cabling, smoke extraction control modifications and roughly 300 additional data points in existing systems, plus commissioning and maintenance until handover. Work starts in Q4 2026, installation in Q1 2027, take-over in Q3 2028.
