Description

Die KRH Psychiatrie Wunstorf, bestehend aus Erwachsenenpsychiatrie, Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie sowie Maßregelvollzug, hat auf der gesamten Liegenschaft Bedarf an baulichen Erneuerungs- und Erweiterungsmaßnahmen festgestellt. Für die Erwachsenenpsychiatrie hat eine Zielplanung 2019 ergeben, dass der Bedarf eines Stationsneubaus mit 6 Stationen besteht. Als Baufeld wurde ein Bereich im Norden der Liegenschaft gewählt, in dem aktuell ein Mitarbeiterparkplatz sowie das Sozialzentrum bestehen. Diese Nutzungen werden verlagert. Für das Projekt wurde ein Antrag auf Förderung nach § 9.1 KHG eingereicht und genehmigt. Der Neubau besteht aus: - dem Neubau eines Stationsgebäudes der Erwachsenenpsychiatrie (H2) mit sechs Stationen à 19 Betten zuzüglich 2 Aufstellreserven und 4 Plätzen der Tagesklinik, - dem Ersatzneubau Sozialzentrum (H1) mit Cafeteria und Mehrzwecksaal, - der dezentralen Kompensation des entfallenden Mitarbeiterparkplatzes mit aktuell 47 Stellplätzen in drei verschiedenen Parkplatzen auf der Liegenschaft, - sowie der Umstrukturierung der angrenzenden Freianlagen und Verkehrsflächen. Auftragsgegenstand sind die Bauleistungen, inkl. anteiliger Planungsleistungen, für die Leistungen der Technischen Ausrüstung (TGA) für den Neubau der Erwachsenenpsychiatrie der KRH - Klinikum Region Hannover GmbH - in Wunstorf gem. Funktionaler Leistungsbeschreibung. Der Auftrag umfasst: - Abwasser-, Wasser-, Gasanlagen, - Wärmeversorgungsanlagen, - Lüftungstechnische Anlagen, - Starkstromanlagen, PV-Anlage - Fernmelde- und informationstechnische Anlagen, - Nutzungsspezifische Anlagen und - Gebäudeautomation Der Auftrag umfasst NICHT: Förderanlagen und Küchenausstattung Produktangaben In der funktionalen Leistungsbeschreibung werden außer für die Kostengruppen 410, 450 und 480 keine Referenzprodukte oder verbindlich auszuführende Produkte durch den AG angegeben.
