Description

Im Zuge des Neu- und Umbaus des Seniorenwohnens in Farchant wird im Bestand die Wohnung mit Sanitärkern erneuert, an den Bestand eine Heizzentrale angebaut und zwei vollständige Neubauten mit Wohnbereichen und Tagespflegebereich errichtet. Im Gewerk Dachabdichtungsarbeiten werden folgende Leistungen gefordert: - Dachabdichtungsarbeiten am Flachdach: Kontrolle der vorhandenen ersten Abdichtungslage sowie Einbau Polymerbitumenbahn als Oberlage, einschl. Klempnerarbeiten: ca. 60 m² - Einbau Verbundblech am Wandanschluss als vorgezogene Leistung: ca. 40 m - Dachabdichtungsarbeiten auf Balkonen mit Kunststoffabdichtungsbahn, einschl. Klempnerarbeiten: ca. 80 m² - Dachabdichtungsarbeiten in Loggien: Einbau Dampfsperre, Dämm- und Abdichtungsebene, einschl. Klempnerarbeiten und Attikaabdeckung: ca. 20 m² - Türanschlüsse mit Flüssigkunststoff: ca. 40 m - Dränagerinne auf Stelzlagern, Kastenrinne und Regenfallrohr: ca. 30 m - Faserschutzmatte: ca. 175 m² - Dachbelag aus Feinsteinzeug auf Stelzlagern: ca. 55 m² Kernmengen: - Dachabdichtungsarbeiten am Flachdach: Kontrolle der vorhandenen ersten Abdichtungslage sowie Einbau Polymerbitumenbahn als Oberlage, einschl.
