Roh- und Tiefbauarbeiten Folgende Arbeiten sind im Vorfeld zu den Aufstockungsarbeiten durchzuführen: 1. Baustelleneinrichtung, Bauzaun, Gerüstbau; 2. Herstellung Kanalanschluss Hausentwässerung, Übergabeschacht, Revisionsschächte, Fallrohranschlüsse, Rohranschlüssen, Regenwasserleitungen, Gräben, Ausschachtungen, etc. im Hof- und im Gartenbereich; 3. Rückbau Teilflächen des asphaltierten Schulhofs, Rückbau alter Entwässerungsschacht, Rückbau alte Fundamente sowie Herstellung neue Punkt- und Streifenfundamente für Dachkonstruktion sowie Fassaden- und Treppenanlagen; 4. Rückbau Fassaden, Herstellung Schutzdach, Herstellung Stb. -Aufzugsschacht mit Deckenanschlüssen, statische Ertüchtigungen. 5. Umbau Altbau - Rückbau Kamin über 4 Etagen, Verschluss der Deckenöffnungen. Rückbau Lehrküche, WC-Anlagen und Umkleideraum mit Einrichtung, Schränken, Decken, Fußboden Linol- und Fliesenbelag inkl. Estrich, Herstellung Türöffnungen in Innen- und Außenwand mit Stahlträgerstürzen. Abfangungen der Verblendmauerschale mit Stahlträgerstürzen. Rückbau von Außenwandbereichen und Fensteranlagen. Vermauern Fensteröffnungen, dämmen und verputzen. Rückbau Türanlagen Stahl / Holz und Vermauern der Öffnung. Beiputzarbeiten. 6. Pflaster- und Asphaltarbeiten Schulhof,
