Description

Die Profilschule bildet mit der Mensa und der Sporthalle sowie den Sportanlagen das Schulzentrum. Es wurde zwischen den Jahren 1963 und 1971 erbaut, mehrfach erweitert und lange Zeit von einer Realschule genutzt. Mit dem Auslaufen der Realschule am 31.7.2016 nutzt die neue Schulform (Profilschule) die ehemaligen Gebäude. Um den Profilschulstandort in Ascheberg zu konzentrieren, wird die ehem. Hauptschule in Herben aufgegeben. Dafür müssen die Bestandsgebäude erweitert, umgebaut und saniert werden. Der neue Standort wird aus drei Gebäuden bestehen (Haus A (2), Haus B (3) und Haus C (1)) plus einem Wirtschaftsgebäude in leichter Bauweise. Haus A (2) wird nach Abschluss der Maßnahme ein saniertes Bestandsgebäude sein, Haus C (1) und Haus B (3) jeweils ein Neubau. Gegenstand der hier ausgeschriebenen Bauleistungen sind die Abbruch-, Roh- und Erdarbeiten für das Haus A.
