Standardisiertes offenes Bussystem BACnet aufgebaut. Die Steuerung, Regelung und Überwachung der Anlagen der TGA sowie die Nutzungsbereiche wird durch die MSR geleistet. Für den Betrieb der zNuE wird eine eigene Gebäudeautomation vorgesehen. Diese beinhaltet ca. 1210 Datenpunkte. Die GA ist für 2 Lüftungsanlagen, einen Klimakaltwassersatz, Wärmepumpe, Heizungsverteilung, Kälteverteilung und Störmeldeüberwachung im Bereich Elektro zuständig. Die GA arbeitet eigenständig und wird an den Bestand der Liegenschaft angebunden.
