Description

Das Universitätsklinikum Bonn plant die Brandschutz-und Funktionsertüchtigung des Gebäudes 22 / OPZ. Dabei wird die Stromversorgung im Zusammenhang mit brandschutztechnischen Defiziten saniert. In dem ersten Bauabschnitt wird die NSHV (Niederspannungshauptverteilung) in dem 3. Untergeschoss erneuert. Vorbereitend hierzu sind Abbrucharbeiten, wie das Einschneiden eines neuen Türelementes, Abbruch von Mauerwänden, Änderungen von Doppelbodenkonstruktionen notwendig. Das 3. Untergeschoss liegt etwa bei -10.m bezogen auf die Zufahrtsflächen, eine direkte Zuwegung gibt es nicht. Der voraussichtliche Beginn der Brandschutztüren ist für Dezember 2025 vorgesehen. Im Rahmen einer europaweiten offenen Ausschreibung sollen Leistungen für das Gewerk Brandschutztüren beauftragt werden. 01 Kogr. 391 Baustelleneinrichtung 3.UG 02 Kogr. 394 3_UG Abbrucharbeiten Türelemente 03 Kogr. 344 -3.
