Description

Planung und Errichtung von Unterkunftsgebäuden Zur Deckung des zusätzlichen Bedarfs an Unterkünften in der Unteroffizierschule des Heeres in Delitzsch ist der Neubau von 5 Unterkunftsgebäuden geplant. Die Unterkunftsgebäude sind als 4-geschossige, nicht unterkellerte Wohnriegel mit Mittelgangerschließung, einem zentralen Haupttreppenraum und im Gebäude angeordneten notwendigen innenliegenden Treppenräumen an den Giebelseiten geplant. Für die Gebäude wird der Effizienzgebäude-Bund-40-Standard (EGB 40) gemäß Energieeffizienzfestlegungen des Bundes umgesetzt. Gemäß Entwurfsplanung ist die Errichtung in Stahlbetonweise festgelegt. Die Ausführung dieser Konstruktionsart soll dem Errichter überlassen bleiben, indem dieser auf standardisierte bzw. industrialisierte Bauverfahren zurückgreift und die Werkplanung an seine Herstellungs- und Montageverfahren anpasst. Der Ausbau sowie die bauliche und technische Ausstattung der Gebäude erfolgen nach definierten Qualitätsstandards der Bundeswehr. Der Neubau der Unterkunftsgebäude 13 bis 17 soll auf dem vorhandenen Gelände sowie einer geplanten Osterweiterung der Feldwebel-Boldt-Kaserne errichtet werden. Der Leistungsumfang des GU-Verfahrens umfasst vornehmlich alle notwendigen Leistungen der Kostengruppen 300 und 400 nach DIN 276 (2008:12), einschließlich Planungsleistung im BIM-Standard.
