Neubau Grundschule Bad Nenndorf Die Samtgemeinde Nenndorf plant den Neubau einer 4 bis 5 zügigen Ganztagsgrundschule mit 2-Feld Sporthalle. Die Umsetzung soll im Rahmen eines Totalunternehmermodells erfolgen. Grundlage für die Entscheidung bildet eine vorläufige Wirtschaftlichkeitsuntersuchung. Im Rahmen eines 2-stufigen Vergabeverfahrens wird zunächst ein Teilnahmewettbewerb durchgeführt werden. Nach Abschluss des Teilnahmewettbewerbs sollen maximal fünf geeignete Bieter zur Abgabe eines Angebotes aufgefordert und in einem Wettbewerb das wirtschaftlichste Angebot ermittelt werden.
