Neubau eines Wohnheims für Menschen mit mehrfachen Behinderungen (WfmB) für das Caritas Wohnheim Friedrich Lorenz - Los 315 Mobile Trennwand ALLGEMEINE VORBEMERKUNGEN GESAMTBAUMASSNAHME Geplant ist die Errichtung eines Ergänzungsneubaus für das Caritaswohnheim Friedrich Lorenz am Standort in Beetzendorf mit 56 Plätzen für pflegebedürftige Menschen mit Behinderungen aufgeteilt auf 4 Wohngruppen. Der Ergänzungsneubau ist als 2-geschossiges kompaktes Gebäude in Massivbauweise auf dem unmittelbar an die Bestandsliegenschaft angrenzendem Grundstücksareal geplant. In Erd- und Obergeschoss befinden sich neben den Bewohnerzimmern auch Gemeinschaftsräume, Dienstzimmer und Abstellräume. Grobmengen zur Veröffentlichung: - 1 Stück Mobile Trennwand 4,86 x 2,60m inkl. Werk- und Montageplanung Ausführungszeitraum / Vertragstermine auf Grundlage gemäß Angaben Bauablaufplan Ausführungsbeginn 12 Werktage nach Aufforderung Baubeginn: 28.09.2026 (KW 40) Fertigstellung: 16.04.2027 (KW 15) Zwischentermine Montage UK ca.
