Neubau eines Wohnheims für Menschen mit mehrfachen Behinderungen (WfmB) für das Caritas Wohnheim Friedrich Lorenz - Los 313 Maler- und Lackierarbeiten ALLGEMEINE VORBEMERKUNGEN GESAMTBAUMASSNAHME Geplant ist die Errichtung eines Ergänzungsneubaus für das Caritaswohnheim Friedrich Lorenz am Standort in Beetzendorf mit 56 Plätzen für pflegebedürftige Menschen mit Behinderungen aufgeteilt auf 4 Wohngruppen. Der Ergänzungsneubau ist als 2-geschossiges kompaktes Gebäude in Massivbauweise auf dem unmittelbar an die Bestandsliegenschaft angrenzendem Grundstücksareal geplant. In Erd- und Obergeschoss befinden sich neben den Bewohnerzimmern auch Gemeinschaftsräume, Dienstzimmer und Abstellräume.
