Description
Umbau zur Umnutzung von Klinikgebäuden zum Gesundheitszentrum Spaichingen. Die Pflegebauten A und B mit dem Erschließungsbau C werden ohne größere statische Eingriffe grundsaniert und die einzelnen Bereiche werden neuen Nutzungen zugeführt.
- Zwei neue Klein-Lüftungsanlagen mit Wärmerückgewinnung für innenliegende Technik- und Elektroräume (ca. 700 m³/h) - Abluftventilator für Batterieraum - zwei Single-Split-Kälteanlage für Elektro- und Technikräume (ca. 5,0 kW) - neue Gebäudeautomation (ca. 200 Datenpunkte)
