Description

Gegenstand der vorliegenden Ausschreibungen sind Leistungen im Gewerk "Malerarbeiten" für die Sanierung der Johannes-Kepler-Gemeinschaftsschule, 2. BA. Der Auftraggeber, die Gemeinde Magstadt, führt derzeit eine Sanierung der Johannes-Kepler-Gemeinschaftsschule in Magstadt durch. Im dem bereits fertiggestellten Bauabschnitt 1 (BA 1) wurde die Sekundarstufe (Geb. D) saniert und um einen zweigeschossigen Neubau mit den fachspezifischen Räumen erweitert. In diesem Zuge wurde auch das Gebäude C1 saniert und um einen Erweiterungsbau mit Mensa im EG und fachspezifischen Räumen im Obergeschoss ergänzt. Der aktuelle Bauabschnitt 2 (BA 2) beinhaltet die Sanierung von Gebäuden A, B und C2, sowie den Verbindungsneubau Bau F. Die geplanten Maßnahmen des BA2 werden ab September 2024 bis ca. Januar 2027 umgesetzt. Die näheren Einzelheiten ergeben sich aus den Vergabeunterlagen, insbesondere aus dem Leistungsverzeichnis.
