Die Freie Universität Berlin plant auf ihrem Universitätsgelände im Berliner Bezirk Steglitz-Zehlendorf, Ortsteil Dahlem, in der Habelschwerdter Alle 43 den Neubau eines dreigeschossigen, nicht unterkellerten Seminar- und Bürogebäudes für die Lehrkräftebildung und das Institut für Schulqualität der Länder Berlin und Brandenburg mit den Abmessungen von ca. 34 m x 85 m. Das Gebäude wird nach dem Standard des Bewertungssystems Nachhaltiges Bauen für Bundesgebäude (BNB UN 17) mit dem Gütesiegel Silber zertifiziert, wobei materialökologische Anforderungen an die Bauprodukte der Qualitätsstufe 5 bestehen. Art und Umfang der Leistung: Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind Raumlufttechnische Anlagen: Lieferung und Montage: - 1x zentrales Zu- und Abluftgerät, konstant, Außenaufstellung 4.000m³/h - 30x dezentrales Fassadenluftgerät bis 540m³/h - Luftleitungen eckig verzinkt bis 1500mm: 340m² - Luftleitungen rund verzinkt bis DN280: 620m - Brandschutzklappen mit Rauchauslöseeinrichtung: 27 Stück - Schlitzauslässe, kombiniert und als Einzelauslass: 162m - Wartung und Störungsbeseitigung
