Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind die Stahlbau- und Schlosserarbeiten für den Neubau des Kombibads Ilvesheim. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst die Werkstattplanung einschließlich statischer Nachweise, die Herstellung, Lieferung und Montage von Geländern, Schachtabdeckungen, einer Einhausung für die Wärmepumpe, einer zweiflügeligen Stahl-Müllraumtür, Feuerlöscher-Einstellschränken, Edelstahl-Handläufen sowie einer Stahltreppe für einen Notausstieg. Die Leistungen beinhalten sämtliche Befestigungs-, Montage- und Dokumentationsarbeiten einschließlich Bestands- und Wartungsunterlagen. ca. 8m Geländer im Bereich des Einbringschachtes ca. 7m Steckgeländer im Bereich des Einbringschachtes ca. 1 Stk. Schachtabdeckung des Lichtschachtes Wärmepumpe ca. 15m² Einhausung der Wärmepumpe aus Stahlprofilen mit Aluminium-Z-Lamellenverkleidung ca. 1 Stk. Schachtabdeckung Notausstieg ca. 1 Stk. Leiter Notausstieg ca. 2 Stk. Schachtabdeckungen im Innenbereich ca. 6 Stk. Feuerlöscher-Einstellschränke ca. 27m Edelstahlhandlauf ca. 1 Stk. Treppe mit 3 Steigungen und Geländer bei Notausgang Technikraum Ausführungstermine: Beginn ca. 05/2027 Fertigstellung ca. 08/2027
