Description

Die bestehende Straßenbrücke TB Rinsenau muss durch einen Ersatzneubau ersetzt werden. Die Leistungen zum Ersatzneubau der TB Rinsenau sind aber nicht Bestandteil dieser Ausschreibung. Vorlaufend zum vorgenannten Bauvorhaben, muss unterhalb der Talbrücke Rinsenau ein Schutzge-rüst, für die elektrifizierte zweigleisige DB Bahnstrecke 2880 "Siegen - Betzdorf" errichtet werden. Dieses DB Schutzgerüst wird aus robusten Stahlträgern errichtet und ist ca. 50 m lang, ca. 16 m breit und ca. 9,5 m hoch und ist Hauptgegenstand dieser Ausschreibung. Die Errichtung des Schutzgerüstes muss in einer DB Sperrpause vom 13.12.2026 bis 03.05.2027 durchgeführt werden. Durch das DB Schutzgerüst sollen spätere Arbeiten an der TB Rinsenau, unter laufendem DB Fahr-betrieb gewährleistet werden, sodass für den Ersatzneubau der TB Rinsenau, keine weiteren DB Sperrpausen benötigt werden. Gegründet wird die Stahlkonstruktion mittels Mikropfählen. ca. 480 m3 FSS Material einbauen (BE Fläche u. DB-seitige Baugrubenverfüllung). ca. 550 m3 Erdarbeiten für BE-Fläche. ca. 580 m3 Baugrubenaushub. ca. 1500 m Selbstbohrende Mikropfähle herstellen, Bohrkronen DN 240 mm. ca. 270 m2 Baugrubenverbau durch Spritzbetonsicherung. ca. 1100 m Bodennägel DN 28 mm, 4 m- 6 m lang, f. Spritzbetonsicherung. ca. 250 m3 Stahlbetonarbeiten (Pfahlkopfplatten). ca. 50 t Betonstahl einbauen. ca. 400 t Stahlbau zum Herstellen des DB Schutzgerüst. ca. 4800 m2 Korrosionsschutzsysteme auftragen einschließlich Oberflächen Vorbereitung. ca. 2100 m Vorhandene DB Kabel umverlegen. ca. 1840 m Kampfmittelsondierbohrungen durchführen.
