FEL - Feldmochinger Str. 7, 80992 München - Neubau einer Grundschule (IBSM) und eines Kindergartens (IKC) sowie Umbau eines Bestandsgebäudes für Kinderkrippe (IKC) Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind Leistungen gemäß VOB/C ATV DIN 18365 Bodenbelagsarbeiten, sowie die projektspezifischen Leistungen gemäß Beschreibung der Baumaßnahme. Alle Kosten, die durch Leistungsdefinitionen dieser ZTV entstehen, sind vom Bieter in die Einheitspreise des Angebotes einzurechnen. Die beschriebenen Arbeiten verstehen sich, sofern nicht anders angegeben, einschl. aller erforderlichen Materiallieferungen frei Verwendungsstelle sowie aller Vor- und Nebenarbeiten, Mehraufwendungen bei zeitlich getrennten Arbeitsgängen bzw. Arbeitsunterbrechungen, die zu den betreffenden Arbeiten gehören und ohne die eine fachgerechte Fertigstellung der Arbeiten nicht möglich ist. Die Leistung umfasst die fachgerechte mängelfreie Ausführung sämtlicher PVC- und textilen Bodenbelägen. Die Verlegung erfolgt auf Zementestrich mit Fussbodenheizung Bauteil A und B, sowie im UG Bauteil E und Anhydritestrich mit Fussbodenheizung im EG und OG Bauteil E.
