Description

Aufgrund des Allgemeinzustandes der Grundschule St. Johannis bedarf es einer Generalsanierung des Gebäudes. Die Fassaden des denkmalgeschützen (Einzeldenkmal) Schulgebäudes sind stark sanierungsbedürftig. Ebenfalls bedürfen alle Klassenräume, die Turnhalle sowie die WC-Anlage einer umfassenden Sanierung, um den heutigen Anforderungen an eine moderne und zukunftsorientierte Schule gerecht zu werden. Die haustechnischen Anlagen, sowie die komplette Elektroinstallation werden von Grunde auf neu aufgebaut. Zusätzlich wird ein Aufzug in das Gebäude eingebaut. Der bauliche und technische Brandschutz muss an die heutigen baurechtlichen Vorschriften angepasst werden. Es wird eine aufgeschaltete Brandmeldeanlage eingebaut. Das alte provisorische Bestandsdach wird abgebaut und durch einen neuen Holzdachstuhl mit Schieferdeckung ersetzt. Die Außenanlagen werden gegen Ende der Maßnahme ebenfalls grundlegend erneuert. Die Maßnahme wird in zwei Bauabschnitten umgesetzt, wobei der erste Bauabschnitt entlang der Sandrartstraße verortet ist. Der jeweils andere Gebäudetrakt bleibt voll in Betrieb.
