Description

Der Auftraggeber betreibt zur Wärmeversorgung der Stadt Mühlhausen/Thüringen verschiedene Anlagen zur Erzeugung und Verteilung von Fernwärme, darunter weitverzweigte Fernwärmenetze. Im Zuge der Energiewende und zur Substitution fossiler Wärmeerzeugung insbesondere der mit Erdgas-KWK erzeugten Fernwärme hat der AG die Entscheidung getroffen, am Standort Lehmgrube in der Gemarkung Mühlhausen (Flur 16, Flurstücke 107/30 und 344/106) eine solarthermische Freiflächenanlage mit einer zugehörigen Wärmeübergabestation (WÜST) zu errichten. Das Vorhaben umfasst insgesamt mehrere Bauabschnitte. Der 1. Bauabschnitt beinhaltet u.a. den Neubau der Wärmeübergabestation einschließlich Fundamente und der Baufeldfreimachung am Standort der Stadtwerke. Die 2. Vergabe beinhaltet die technische Gebäudeausstattung mit dem Los 1 Heizung Lüftung Sanitär und Los 2 technische Gebäudeausrüstung mit der elektrotechnischen Ausrüstung. Die Ausschreibung Hochbau und Baufeldfreimachung ist bereits veröffentlicht.
