Die Gemeinde Rückersdorf benötigt den Neubau einer Kindertagesstätte in der Schlossgasse 18, 90607 Rückersdorf.Die Baumaßnahme umfasst eine 5-gruppigen Kindertagesstätte (4 Hortgruppen und 1 Kleinkindgruppe), welche in Form eines Neubaus durchgeführt werden soll.Aufgabe des Totalunternehmers ist die komplette Abwicklung des Neubaus der Kindertagesstätte auf Grundlage der Funktionalen Leistungsbeschreibung.Die auf dem Grundstück vorhandene denkmalgeschützte Scheune ist in die Planung (z.B. lediglich die Vorrüstung der TGA-Anlagen zur späteren Inbetriebnahme der Scheune sind zu planen) zu integrieren, jedoch nicht Bestandteil der Ausführung. Es sollen folgende Leistungen an den späteren Auftragnehmer vergeben werden: - die vollständige Planung (Objektplanung, TGA-Planung, Tragwerksplanung usw.) für die schlüsselfertige Erstellung der Kindertagesstätte in der Gemeinde Rückersdorf- die schlüsselfertige Herstellung der geplanten Baumaßnahme
