Description

Die Grundschule Deichhorst entsteht als kompakter, dreigeschossiger Neubau im KfW-40-Standard mit Bauteilen im Passivhausstandard. Die tragende Konstruktion besteht überwiegend aus Stahlbeton, das extensiv begrünte Flachdach ist großflächig mit Photovoltaikmodulen belegt. Das zurückspringende Technikgeschoss als Stahlleichtbau auf dem Dach, ist mit Sandwichelementen verkleidet und nimmt die Lüftungstechnik auf. Die Fassade wird als Klinkerfassade mit Pfosten-Riegel-Fenstern aus Holz-Aluminium und farbigen Glaselementen ausgeführt. Im Inneren sind zwei Hauptnutzungsbereiche vorgesehen: ein Kitabereich im Erdgeschoss für 2 Gruppen, mit dazugehörigen Nebenräumen, sowie Mensa, eine Ausgabeküche, Musikraum und ein multifunktional nutzbarer Raum. Im 1. OG sind der Schulbereich mit einem Jahrgangsclustern, sowie Lehrerbüros, Therapieraum und Bibliothek. Dämmung unter FB HZ Dämmung und Estrich Einbau Estrichtrocknung Verlegung der Dämmung unter der Fußbodenheizung im EG, Herstellen des Estrichs und Heizestrichs. Ausbildung von Sockel im Bereich der Technische Anlagen im 1. + 2. Obergeschoss. Überwachung der Estrichtrocknung.
