Description

Die Stadt Warendorf plant die Sanierung der Dechant-Wessing-Schule in Warendorf- Hoetmar, Dechant-Wessing-Straße 28. Die Baustellenandienung erfolgt über die Straße Rövkamp. Die ursprüngliche Schule wurde 1900 errichtet und steht unter Denkmalschutz, Erweiterungen kamen ca. 1950 und 1960 hinzu. Die Gesamtmassnahme wird in zwei Bauabschnitten ausgeführt und getrennt ausgeschrieben. Die denkmalgeschützte Schule ist der 1te Abschnitt. Ende Oktober 2026 ist dieser geräumt und die Schüler sind in ein Provisorium (mobile Raumeinheiten) umgezogen. Die Baumassnahme 1.BA ist bis Ende Oktober 2027 abzuschliessen. Der Nutzer zieht dann aus den Gebäudeteilen des geplanten 2.BA in das Denkmal um. Dann beginnen dort die Arbeiten, die als getrennt ausgeschriebene Baumassnahme bis Ende November 2028 fertigzustellen sind. ---- Näheres siehe Vergabeunterlagen
