Description

Das Gebäude mit Innenhof, wurde in den 1960er Jahren ursprünglich als Werkstatt geplant und errichtet. Mitte der 1970er Jahre wurde eine Aufstockung vorgenommen, sodass das Bauwerk nun aus 4 Etagen besteht. Nach einer Nutzungsänderung 2012 ist es heutzutage ein Verwaltungsgebäude. Das Gebäude bleibt während der Baumaßnahme teilweise in Betrieb. Im Keller befinden sich zum größten Teil Werkstätten und Lagerbereiche. In den übrigen Geschossen sind überwiegend Büroräume und eine Kantine. Die Baumaßnahme wird in 4 Bauabschnitte vom Keller bis in das 2.OG geteilt. Damit ist ein Parallelbetrieb mit dem Bestand mit möglichst wenigen Störungen zu gewährleisten. Die Baustelleneinrichtung befindet sich außerhalb des Gebäudes. Material- und Abfallcontainer werden direkt am Gebäude positioniert, während die Personalcontainer in unmittelbarer Nähe aufgestellt werden. Sanitäre Anlagen werden bauseits bereitgestellt. Der Elektro AN ist für die Aufstellung und den Unterhalt der Baustellenstromversorgung und -beleuchtung zuständig. Es wird die gesamte 230V - Installation incl. Verteilungen und Brüstungskanal zurückgebaut und erneuert. Die Verkabelung und Steuerung der Jalousien und Lüftungsgeräte auf Basis KNX bleibt erhalten. Die bereits ersetzten LED-Leuchten werden wiederverwendet. Es erfolgt ein Austausch der Niederspannungshauptverteilung im laufenden Betrieb. Die vorhandene Telefon- LWL- und Datenverkabelung wird zurückgebaut und neu strukturiert aufgebaut. Es wird angestrebt alle stillgelegten Leitungen zu entfernen.
