Deutscher Bundestag, Platz der Republik 1, 11011 Berlin Umsetzung Kältekonzept RTG Raumlufttechnische Anlagen nach DIN 18 379 Raumlufttechnische Anlagen nach DIN 18 379 Reichstagsgebäude - Umsetzung Kältekonzept In dieser Maßnahme werden verbraucherseitig die Kälteanlagen, bestehend aus Hochtemperatur- und Niedertemperaturkälte, des Reichstagsgebäudes ertüchtigt. Aktuell erfolgt deren Kühlung mit einem Mix aus ULK (an HT- Kälte) und einem hohen Anteil an Multisplit- Systemen Diese Baumaßnahme erneuert die Kälteanlagen bestehender Technikräume und stattet Büroräume mit neuen Kühlanlagen aus. Ziel ist die Umstellung auf eine wassergeführte Kühlung. Massen: - 125 St. Umluftkühler - 20 St. Klimaschränke - ca. 90m Edelstahlrohr DN200 genutet - ca. 1685m Edelstahlrohr DN15-100 gepresst - ca. 65m² Lüftungskanal Instandhaltungsleistungen sind Bestandteil der Ausschreibung - Laufzeit: 4 Jahre Termine: Ausführungsbeginn: 06/2026 Ausführungsende: 09/2029
