Description

BKE - Erweiterungsbau 47999-02 Kleinkälte nach DIN 18 299 Kurzbeschreibung: Im Zuge der Baumaßnahme wird im Gebäude eine Mitarbeiterkantine als Regenerierküche mit Frischkostanteil errichtet. Hierzu werden Kühlräume und Kühlmöbel benötigt, die durch eine zentrale Kleinkälteanlage betrieben werden. Die Kleinkälteanlage basiert auf natürlichem Kältemittel R744 (CO2). Die Kühlmöbel sind im Lieferumfang Gewerk Küchentechnik (VE 47999-01) enthalten, werden aber durch das Gewerk Kleinkälte angeschlossen und in das Regelsystem eingebunden. Leistungsumfang der VE 47999-02 Kleinkälte Komplette Verbundanlage (NK 12,0 kW+ TK 2,2 kW) mit natürlichem Kältemittel R744, inkl. Schalt- und Regeltechnik Gaskühler (26 kW) Rohrleitungsnetz mit Dämmung (345 m in unterschiedlicher Dimension) Zugehörige Verkabelung Schalt-/Regelgeräte und Expansionsventil für Kühlzellen und Kühlmöbel (16 Stck) Anschließen von Kühlmöbeln (13 Stck) Kombikühlzelle (2x NK, 1x TK) Verdampfer für Kühlzellen (3 Stck) Die Trassenplanung muss mit der BIM-Methode (Building Information Modeling) erfolgen. Ausführungstermine: Beginn der Leistungserbringung: 12 Werktage nach Zugang des Auftragsschreibens Ende der Leistungserbringung: 29.08.2028 Verbindliche Einzelfristen Instandhaltungsleistungen sind Bestandteil der Ausschreibung - Laufzeit: 4 Jahre
