AK Gremberg, Ersatzneubau, A559, Ersatzneubau AK Gremberg Kreuzungsbauwerk Realisierung des Ersatzneubaus des Kreuzungsbauwerks AK Köln-Gremberg (Brückenfläche = ca. 3.000 m²). Im Vorfeld sind zwei Behelfsbrücken einschl. Umfahrungsrampen westlich und östlich des Bestands herzustellen, um den Verkehr auf der A559 aufrechtzuerhalten. Zusätzlich beinhaltet die Baumaßnahme: Rückbauarbeiten, Montage von Fahrzeugrückhaltesysteme, Herstellung von Verkehrszeichenanlagen, sowie alle erforderlichen Straßen- und Verkehrsanlagentechnische Bauleistungen. 1) Straßenbau Ca. 30.000 m³ Erdarbeiten mit Fahrbahndeckenaufbruch Ca. 350 m Rohrleitungen verlegen DN300 bis 400 Ca. 7.600 m³ Frostschutzschicht 0/32 Ca. 2.900 m² Schottertragschicht 0/45 Ca. 21.350 m² Asphalttragschicht AC 32 T S Ca. 23.000 m² Asphaltbinderschicht AC 22 B S Ca. 23.000 m² Asphaltdeckschicht SMA 11 S Ca. 3.500 m Schutzeinrichtungen abbauen Ca. 3.500 m Schutzeinrichtungen herstellen Ca. 13 St. Übergangskonstruktionen abbauen Ca. 29 St. Übergangskonstruktionen herstellen Ca. 2.100 m Fahrbahnmarkierung (Breitstrich) Ca. 2.880 m Fahrbahnmarkierung (Schmalstrich) 2) Ingenieurbauwerke (Ersatzneubau) Ca. 3.260 m³ Abbruch vorh.
