Construction works split into three lots for the new build and conversion of the vocational upper secondary school (Fachoberschule) on the site of the Erzbischoefliche Vinzenz von Paul school in Markt Indersdorf. Lot 1 covers carpentry and timber construction: a timber extension of about 670 m2 with timber frame walls, columns and beams, a roof truss of about 150 m3 (C24 and glulam), HBV and timber beam ceilings with concrete surface of about 660 m2, a new roof truss of about 720 m2 with insulation and 27 dormers, works on the existing building including three new dormers and eaves alterations, plus an external steel escape staircase with GiRo decking and railing. Lot 2 covers new tiled roofing (Bieberschwanz tiles) on new and existing buildings, about 1,200 m2 in total, with special tiles for PV and maintenance walkways. Lot 3 covers plumber and sheet metal work including roof drainage, eaves and valley details and dormer cheeks in copper.
