Description

Der AG beabsichtigt, auf dem Sportplatz der ehemaligen Hauptschule Elverdissen eine Zweifeldsporthalle für die Nutzung im Vereinssport zu errichten. Die der Sporthalle angeschlossenen Räume sollen zusätzlich die Nutzung als Bürgerzentrum (ca. 120m²) ermöglichen. Die Maßnahme soll als klimafreundlicher Neubau nach den Förderkriterien der Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW) geplant und umgesetzt werden. Für die planerische und bauliche Umsetzung der neuen Zweifeldsporthalle mit in Elverdissen wird ein geeigneter Auftragnehmer gesucht (AN). Der AG beabsichtigt dazu die Maßnahme mit einer Gesamtlosvergabe an einen Totalunternehmer zu vergeben. Der Totalunternehmer hat Planung und Bau der Gesamtmaßnahme aus einer Hand zu erbringen. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Vergabe sind die Totalunternehmerleistungen für die Gesamtmaßnahme, das heißt, sämtliche erforderliche Architekten- und Ingenieurleistungen, Arbeiten, Leistungen und Lieferungen, die zur baulich schlüsselfertigen, funktionstüchtigen, mangelfreien und bezugsfertigen Herstellung der Sporthalle in Elverdissen nebst Außenanlagen, Verkehrsflächen und Stellplätzen erforderlich sind, auch wenn die Teilleistungen nicht im Einzelnen erwähnt sind.
