Sanierung des Parkplatzbereichs an Haus B unter Aufrechterhaltung des Betriebs; Der große Parkplatzbereich bei Haus B muss aufgrund seines aktuellen Zustands kurzfristig saniert werden. Die Nephrologie/Dialyse in Haus B muss zu jedem Zeitpunkt voll zugänglich bleiben. Das wichtigste Kriterium, die dauerhafte Aufrechterhaltung der Zufahrt zur Nephrologie in Haus B, ist über die gesamte Bauzeit zwingend zu gewährleisten. Die Ausführung hat daher in mindestens zwei separaten, zeitlich versetzten Bauabschnitten (jeweils halbseitige Sperrung der Zufahrtsstraße) zu erfolgen. Die vollständige Erreichbarkeit von Haus B (Nephrologie) für Rettungsfahrzeuge und Dialysepatienten ist rund um die Uhr (24/7) sicherzustellen. Alle Kosten für mehrfache Anfahrten, das abschnittsweise Umsetzen von Maschinen sowie für Vorhaltungen sind in die Pauschale einzukalkulieren. Für die im Baufeld befindlichen Bestandsbäume wurde bereits eine Fällgenehmigung eingereicht. Sollte die Asphaltdeckschicht aufgrund der Witterungsverhältnisse erst verspätet ausgeführt werden können, ist dies zulässig. Der betroffene Bereich darf jedoch auch abschnittsweise nicht länger als 7 Wochen gesperrt werden. Daher muss zumindest die Asphalttragschicht eingebaut werden, bevor es zu einer längeren Unterbrechung kommt bzw. um sicherzustellen, dass der Parkplatz nicht länger als 7 Wochen gesperrt bleibt. Hauptmengen: - Asphaltaufbruch: ca. 180 m³ - Überarbeitung vorhandener Kies-/Schottertragschichten: ca. 1.450 m² - Asphaltarbeiten: ca. 760 m² - Rasenkammerplatten: ca. 680 m² - Stellplatzabgrenzungen aus Betonpflaster: ca. 225 m - Kabel- und Leitungsgräben: ca. 450 m - Kabelschutz- und Leerrohre DN 70 / DN 160: ca. 600 m - Kabelschächte: 7 St. - Fundamente für Mastleuchten: 15 St. - Maschendrahtzaun, H = 1,20 m: ca. 55 m - Baumfällungen: 7 St. - Baumpflanzungen: 5 St. - Strauchpflanzungen: ca. 150 St. - Gehölzrodungsflächen: ca. 100 m² Die Arbeiten erfolgen abschnittsweise bei laufendem Klinikbetrieb. Die ständige Erreichbarkeit von Haus B (Nephrologie/Dialyse) ist während der gesamten Bauzeit sicherzustellen.
