Auftragsgegenstand sind die Totalunternehmerleistungen (Planung und Bau) für den schlüsselfertigen Neubau des „Parkhaus West“ im Rahmen des Ge-samtprojekts NCZMD Neubau Campus Zentralklinikum Magdeburg. Geplant ist die Vergabe sämtlicher weiterer Planungs- und Bauleistungen an ein qualifiziertes Unternehmen als Totalunternehmer (TU). Auftragsgegenstand sind die Totalunternehmerleistungen (Planung und Bau) für den schlüsselfertigen Neubau des „Parkhaus West“ im Rahmen des Gesamtprojekts NCZMD Neubau Campus Zentralklinikum Magdeburg. Das Universitätsklinikum Magdeburg A.ö.R. (UKMD) bildet gemeinsam mit der Medizinischen Fakultät (FME) der Otto-von-Guericke Universität (OvGU) die Universitätsmedizin Magdeburg (UMMD). In diesen Zusammenschluss werden Forschung, Lehre (FME) und Patientenversorgung (UKMD) vereint. Mit ca. 1.100 Betten ist die Universitätsmedizin das größte Krankenhaus der Stadt Magdeburg und auch die größte medizinische Einrichtung nördlichen Sachsen-Anhalts. Die bauliche Klinikstruktur ist besonders durch Dezentralität geprägt. Der Hauptcampus mit einer Gesamtfläche von ca. 300.000 qm befindet sich an der Leipziger Straße 44. Das Vorhaben verfügt über ein Gesamtinvestitionsvolumen von rund 1,06 Milliarden Euro, erstreckt sich über einen Zeitraum von circa zehn Jahren und umfasst eine Campusfläche von etwa 200.000 qm. Zur Umsetzung der geplanten Bauvorhaben ist die Schaffung zusätzlicher Stellplatzkapazitäten erforderlich. In diesem Zusammenhang sollen im Laufe der Projektlaufzeit insgesamt drei Parkhäuser mit zusammen ca. 1.200 Stellplätzen errichtet werden. Als erstes soll das hier ausschreibungsgegenständliche Parkhaus „West“ mit ca. 340 - 360 Stellplätzen auf einem bestehenden Parkplatz errichtet werden. Die geplante Gebäudeabmessung beträgt ca. 45,00 x 45,00 m. Die Zu- und Abfahrt erfolgt über die bereits vorhandene westliche Zufahrt zum bereits vorhandenen Parkplatz. Auftragsvergabe: November/Dezember 2026 Entwurfsplanung: Fertigstellung 6 Wochen nach Auftragserteilung. Nach Freigabe der Entwurfsplanung verpflichtet sich der Auftragnehmer innerhalb von 4 Wochen den Bauantrag einzureichen. Geplanter Baubeginn: Juli 2027 Fertigstellung und Übergabe: Oktober 2027
