Errichtung und Betrieb Ambulantes OP-Zentrum (Interimsbau) Gegenstand des Vertrages ist einerseits die Finanzierung, Errichtung und Inbetriebnahme eines ambulanten Operationszentrums (AOZ) als Interimsbau neben dem Hauptgebäude des UKA, einschließlich der notwendigen Planung und Koordination der baulichen Maßnah-men sowie der Beschaffung, Lieferung, Einbringung, Installation der Medizintechnik ein-schließlich erforderlicher Prüfungen und Abnahmen inklusive Sachverständigenprüfung und ausreichender Anwenderschulung nach Maßgabe der Vergabeunterlagen. Zudem sind die Unterstützung des Betriebs, die kontinuierliche Optimierung nach Lean Prinzipien und die Außendarstellung des AOZ Gegenstand des Vertrages.
