Das bis zu 4 Geschosse hohe Gebäude ("Vorderhaus") füllt die Baulücke am Markt 2. Das Verwaltungsgebäude dient als Erweiterung des benachbarten Rathauses der Stadt Schönebeck. Hinter dem Gebäudeteil am Marktplatz erstreckt sich das neue Gebäude in die Tiefe des Grundstücks ("Hinterhaus"). Das Verwaltungsgebäude dient als Erweiterung des benachbarten Rathauses. BGF (inkl. UG): 2.766 m² Leistungsbestandteil sind die Gerüstbauarbeiten für den Rohbau und die nachfolgenden Gewerke Dach., Fenster- und Fassadenarbeiten. 1350 m² Fassadengerüst 660lfm Gerüstverbreiterungen 42 m Podesttreppe 500 m² Gerüstbekleidung 60 Wo Gebrauchsüberlassung
