Maschinen- und Elektrotechnische Ausrüstung - BHKW und Schlammwärmetauscher Diese Ausschreibung umfasst dabei hauptsächlich folgende Komponenten: Blockheizkraftwerk zur Faulgasverstromung: ⦁ Bestandsaufnahme und Werkplanung ⦁ Lieferung und Installation eines neuen BHKWs für den Betrieb mit Faulgasmit einer Leistung von ca. 45 kW elektrisch ⦁ Abgaskamin ⦁ Faulgasreinigungsanlage ⦁ Messtechnik Betriebsfertige Installation und Inbetriebnahme Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten: Angefragt werden ebenfalls die Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten für die Dauer der Gewährleistungszeit von 4 Jahren; die Angebotspreise werden zur Ermittlung des wirtschaftlichsten Angebotes herangezogen. Die Beauftragung der Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten erfolgt gesondert nach Abnahme der Anlage. Es wird für das BHKW mit rd. 6.300 Volllaststunden pro Jahr gerechnet. Schlammwämetauscher: ⦁ Austausch und Erweiterung bestehender Schlammwärmetauscher DN 125/ DN150 ⦁ 2 x Doppelrohrwärmetauscher wirksame Länge 4,5 m ⦁ 2 x Doppelrohrwärmetauscher wirksame Länge 3,5 m ⦁ Heizleitungen DN 50 ⦁ Schlammleitungen DN 125 Isolierung Haustechnik BHKW-Gebäude: ⦁ Rippenrohrheizkörper (elektr.) ⦁ Kleinlüfter ⦁ Beleuchtung ⦁ Haustechnik
