Description

Abwasser- Wasser- und Gasanlagen Die Entwässerung des Gebäudes erfolgt gemäß DIN 1986-100 im Trennsystem, wobei das Schmutzwasser in den öffentlichen Kanal der Haldenstraße und das Regenwasser in das Retentionsbecken am Mehrgenerationenhaus abgeführt wird. Die Dachentwässerung ist als Kombination aus Freispiegel- und Druckentwässerung ausgeführt; die Notentwässerung erfolgt über Fassadenspeier. Das Trinkwassersystem wird in Schleifenführung installiert und durch automatische Spülstationen ergänzt. Die Versorgung der Stockwerke erfolgt über die Technikzentrale, und eine Enthärtungsanlage stellt eine Wasserhärte von 7° dH sicher. Das Warmwasser wird zentral über eine Frischwasserstation bereitgestellt, während bestimmte Entnahmestellen ausschließlich mit Kaltwasser versorgt werden. Der Neubau erhält zudem einen eigenen Gasanschluss.
