49GSSH - Errichtung einer Einfeldsporthalle und Sanierung der Bestandshalle mit Erneuerung der Freianlagen am Schulstandort 49. Grundschule, Bernhardstraße 80, 01187 Dresden Los 505 - Freianlagen TO3 Die Baumaßnahmen erfolgen unter laufendem Schulbetrieb. Nach Sanierung der Bestandsturnhalle erfolgt die Wiederherstellung der Freianlagen und Herstellung von Sportflächen. Mehrere Hochbaugewerke befinden sich zum Zeitpunkt der Bauausführung noch im Innenausbau des Bestandsgebäudes. Der vorhandene Gehölzbestand sowie die zahlreichen Einbauten und Einfriedungen sind gemäß der Planunterlagen zu schützen. Im Rahmen der Baumaßnahme sind folgende Leistungen in den Außenanlagen zu erbringen: - Etwa 360 m³ Erdbewegungen - Etwa 105 m RW-Leitung DN 150, 4 Schachtbauwerk, 6 Hofabläufe - 50 m Kasten- und Fassadenrinnen, große Sauberlaufzonen - Etwa 90 m Ballfangzaun - Etwa 950 m² Fallschutzbelag - Befestigte Flächen: etwa 55 m² Asphalt, etwa 365 m² Betonplatten 30/15 cm, etwa 555 m² Sickerpflaster 30/30 - 2 Fahrradständer als Sammelaufstellung, 8 Mastaufsatzleuchten - Etwa 550 m² Pflanzfläche, 550 m² Rasenfläche Folgende Unterlagen sind auf gesondertes Verlangen der Vergabestelle vorzulegen: Urkalkulation Inhalt der Urkalkulation: Diese ist mindestens gemäß dem Inhalt nach Formblatt 223 - Aufgliederung der EP (VHB) von ALLEN Positionen zu erstellen, d.h. LV - Position, Kurzbezeichnung, Menge, Mengeneinheit, Zeitansatz, Teilkosten einschließlich Zusätze in € je Mengeneinheit (Löhne, Stoffe, Geräte, sonstiges), angebotener Einheitspreis (Summe aus Löhne, Stoffe, Geräte, sonstiges).
