Description

Geothermie im Rahmen des Neubaus des Rathauses in Straelen Die Stadt Straelen plant die Sanierung, Umstrukturierung und Erweiterung des bestehenden Rathauses in Straelen unter weitgehender Erhaltung der vorhandenen Tragstruktur des bestehenden Verwaltungsriegels. Ziel der Planung ist die Schaffung eines nachhaltigen, flexiblen und zukunftsfähigen Verwaltungsstandortes mit modernen Arbeitswelten, hoher Aufenthaltsqualität und ressourcenschonender Bauweise. Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens sind die Errichtung von 13 Erdwärmesondenbohrungen mit einer Tiefe von jeweils 135 m, die Einbringung von 13 Erdwärmesonden nebst Anbindung an einen Erdsondenverteilerschacht, sowie die Verlegung der Hauptanbindeleitungen vom Verteilerschacht in das KG des Gebäudes.
