Erneuerung der Heizungsanlage im Zuge der Erneuerung des Fernwärme-Hausanschlusses. Hierzu gehören die Erneuerung der Heizungs-Hauptverteilung einschließlich MSR-Technik, der Heizungsrohrleitungen und Heizkörper im Hauptgebäude, der Anschluss der Bestandsbereiche (Filmraum, Dienstwohnung und Sporthalle) sowie die Dämmung aller neuen Heizungsleitungen gemäß GEG. Die Baumaßnahme umfasst die Sanierung des Hauptgebäudes mit insgesamt neun Vollgeschossen. Der Ausführungszeitraum ist von Mitte September 2026 bis Ende April 2029 vorgesehen.
