S-Bahn-Stammstrecke über rd. 2,2 km, Vollständiger Umbau der Gleisanlage im Bf Laim Pbf einschließlich Rückbau von 6 sowie Neubau von 20 Weichen, Neubau von zwei ca. 160 m bzw 100 m langen Überwerfungsbauwerken, Neubau einer zweigleisigen stählernen Stabbogenbrücke, Neubau einer Lärmschutzwandbrücke, Neubau von rd. 1.400 m Stützbauwerken, Neubau von 7 Lärmschutzwänden mit einer Gesamtlänge von 1.122 m und Höhen von bis zu 5 m, Kabeltiefbauarbeiten und weitere Leistungen der Baufeldfreimachung, Elektroarbeiten an Niederspannungsanlagen, Vollständige Erneuerung des Personenbahnhofs Station München Laim mit 2 überdach-ten Mittelbahnsteigen, Zugangsbauwerken, Bahnsteigausstattung, Elektroarbeiten; Umbau und Teilabbruch der Eisenbahnüberführung EÜ Wotanstraße Laim und Neubau einer „Umweltverbundröhre“ UVR;
