Fachlos 4701: Gebäudeautomation Art und Umfang der Leistung: - Errichtung von fünf Automationsschwerpunkten inkl. der erforderlichen Leistungs- und Regelbauteile, Montage in Standschränken, Stahlblechausführung - Installation von fünf BACnet - Automationsstationen - Errichtung von 22 Raumautomationsstationen als BACnet Controller - ca. 1.900 physikalische Datenpunkte - ca. 290 kommunikative Datenpunkte - ca. 150 Messwertgeber für Temperatur, Feuchte, Druck, Luftqualität, Präsenz - 16 Stück Kanalrauchmelder - 23 Stück Abgleich- und Regelventile DN 15 - 65 inkl. Antrieben - Verkabelung und Anschlussarbeiten inkl. Verlegesysteme für - Ca. 20.000 Meter Installationsleitung J-H(St)H 2x2x0,8 - 10x2x0,8 - Ca. 13.000 Meter Installationsleitung NHXMH-J 1x16 - 7x1,5 - Ca. 640 Meter Datenkabel KAT7 - Integration in bestehende Managementebene mit ca. 5.000 Managementfunktionen, 127 Anlagenbildern, ca. 2.400 dynamischen Einblendungen - Außerbetriebnahme und Demontage von drei Automationsschwerpunkten inkl. Feldgeräte und Verkabelung Besonderheiten: Während der Bauarbeiten wird der Ostflügel des Rathauses weiter genutzt, d. h. es findet Verwaltungstätigkeit und Besucherverkehr statt. Hierauf ist im Rahmen der Bauarbeiten in besonderem Maß Rücksicht zu nehmen. +++Folgende Unterlagen sind auf gesondertes Verlangen der Vergabestelle vorzulegen: - Urkalkulation Inhalt der Urkalkulation: Diese ist mindestens gemäß dem Inhalt nach Formblatt 223 - Aufgliederung der Einheitspreise von ALLEN Positionen zu erstellen, d. h.: LV-Position; Kurzbezeichnung; Menge; Mengeneinheit; Zeitansatz; Teilkosten einschl. Zusätze in Euro je Mengeneinheit (Löhne, Stoffe, Geräte, Sonstiges); angebotener Einheitspreis (Summe Löhne, Stoffe, Geräte, Sonstiges).+++ +++ Weitere Vertragsfristen siehe Vergabeunterlagen +++ +++ Die Wartung wird für eine Laufzeit von 4 Jahren ohne Anwendung eines Barwertfaktors bei der Angebotswertung berücksichtigt. Ein nicht abgegebener Wartungspreis führt zum Ausschluss des Angebotes. +++
