Zukunftscampus Spree-Neiße, Interim OSZ - Los 1 Containeranlage Im Rahmen der Komplexsanierung der Gebäude des OSZ1 in Forst (Lausitz) soll eine Interimsschule auf dem Gelände der Rüdigerstraße / Ecke Max-Fritz-Hammer-Straße in Containerbauweise errichtet werden. Die Container werden dreigeschossig als U-Form aufgestellt. Es ist eine neuwertige Containeranlage zu errichten. Die Brutto-Grundfläche beträgt ca. 2100 qm, die 3 Baukörper, die die U-Form ergeben, sind jeweils ca. 60 m lang. Das Gebäude gehört zur Gebäudeklasse 3 und ist ein Sonderbau. Es werden Klassenräume, Fachräume sowie Räume für die Schulverwaltung vorgesehen, sowie sanitäre Anlagen auf jedem Geschoss nach ASR, Putzmittelräume je Etage, eine Ausgabeküche mit Kantine im Erdgeschoss sowie weitere notwendige Technik- und Lagerräume gemäß Raumliste. Nur das Erdgeschoss erhält ein barrierefreies WC. Der Haupteingang ist an der Nordseite angeordnet. Das Gebäude soll möglichst nach den Vorgaben der DIN 18040-1 errichtet werden, jedoch muss als Auflage ausschließlich das EG zwingend barrierefrei erreichbar sein. Folgende wichtige Fristen aus dem Bauzeitenplan sind bindend: Fertigstellung und Übergabe Werkplanung: 05.10.2026 Fertigstellung Containeranlage: 02.07.2027
