Die WBM Wohnungsbaugesellschaft Berlin-Mitte mbH errichtet in Berlin Mitte im Quartier Haus der Statistik 3 Wohnneubauten auf den Baufeldern A, B und C entlang der Berolinastraße. Auf den Baufeldern entstehen insgesamt 284 Wohnungen unterschiedlicher Wohnformen sowie ergänzende Gewerbe-, Gemeinschafts- und quartiersbezogene Nutzungen in den Erdgeschossen. Die Neubauten bilden den Wohnungsbauschwerpunkt innerhalb des neuen Quartiers und werden durch gemeinschaftliche Freianlagen, Erschließungs- und Infrastrukturmaßnahmen sowie gemeinsame Anlagen der Regenwasserbewirtschaftung ergänzt. Der Generalübernehmer übernimmt die schlüsselfertige Realisierung der Baufelder A, B und C . Der Leistungsumfang umfasst sämtliche Leistungen der Kostengruppen 200 bis 600 gemäß DIN 276 einschließlich aller hierfür erforderlichen Liefer-, Planungs-, Koordinations- und Bauleistungen. Im Planungsbereich umfasst der Leistungsumfang insbesondere die Erstellung und Fortschreibung der Ausführungsplanung gemäß Leistungsphase 5 HOAI sowie die anschließende Werk- und Montageplanung als Grundlage für die Ausführung der Bauleistungen. Darüber hinaus umfasst der Leistungsumfang die Planung und die bauliche Umsetzung der gemeinschaftlich genutzten Entwässerungs- und Regenwasserbewirtschaftungsanlagen innerhalb des Quartiers.
