Beschaffung eines automatisierten Vollkommissioniersystems für die Krankenhausapotheke Für die Unternehmensgruppe Klinikum St. Georg soll ein automatisiertes Vollkommissioniersystem für die Krankenhausapotheke einschließlich Lieferung, Montage, Inbetriebnahme, Wartung, Fördertechnik, weitere Regale, Steuerungssoftware, Schnittstellenintegration, Schulung sowie Service- und Wartungsvertrag beschafft werden. Der Aufbau und die Integration in die vorhandenen Apothekenräumlichkeiten sind von entscheidender Bedeutung. Der zur Verfügung stehende Platz darf durch die Kommissionieranlage nicht überschritten werden und muss den Prozessablauf optimal unterstützen. Die Zuführung und Ausgabe der Medikamente müssen automatisiert erfolgen können. Der Kommissionier-Vollautomat muss so dimensioniert werden, um bei bauseitig begrenztem Platzangebot eine optimale Nutzung und Maximierung der Lagerfläche zu ermöglichen. Die Fördertechnik und Steuerungssoftware müssen so gestaltet sein, dass die Ein- und Auslagerungen mit größtmöglicher Flexibilität und Geschwindigkeit erfolgen. Die beschriebenen Leistungen sind aufgrund ihrer funktionalen und technischen Abhängigkeiten als untrennbare Sachgesamtheit anzusehen. Die Aufteilung in einzelne Lose oder die Vergabe von Teilleistungen würde die Koordination, Qualitätssicherung und wirtschaftliche Leistungserbringung erheblich beeinträchtigen. Aus diesem Grund ist ausschließlich ein Gesamtangebot zulässig.
