Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt die zeitlich gestaffelte Beschaffung von insgesamt 356 Parkscheinautomaten (im Folgenden "PSA") im Stadtgebiet Mannheim. Leistungsgegenstand ist die Lieferung (inklusive programmierbarer, webbasierter Software), Montage, Herstellung der Betriebsbereitschaft der PSA zuzüglich Systemservice und sonstige Serviceleistungen inkl. einer garantierten Ersatzteilversorgung. Die Lieferung, Montage und Herstellung der Betriebsbereitschaft der ersten Charge von 48 PSA (jeweils mit Solarzellen) ist innerhalb von acht Wochen nach Zuschlagserteilung fällig. Darüber hinaus ist mit der Lieferung der ersten Charge ein Ersatzteilpaket für 5 PSA zu liefern. Nach der Abnahme der ersten Charge durch den Auftraggeber sind Systemservice, sonsti-ge Serviceleistungen und die garantierte Ersatzteilversorgung ebenfalls Leistungsbestandteil. Während der Vertragslaufzeit sollen in noch nicht festgelegten konkreten Mengen und in noch nicht festgelegten konkreten Terminen die Lieferung, Montage und Herstellung der Betriebsbereitschaft* von weiteren insgesamt 308 PSA inklusive programmierbarer, webbasierter Software im Stadtgebiet Mannheim und in Schwetzingen in weiteren Chargen erfolgen. Der Auftrag umfasst daher als Hauptleistung (ohne optionale Leistung) insgesamt 356 PSA. Insbesondere behält sich die Vergabestelle vor, den Zuschlag bereits auf das Erstangebot zu erteilen.
