Description

Klärwerk Köhlbrandhöft, KT, Erneuerung KE17, E-Technik (K19-2419) Elektrotechnik Modernisierung der Elektrotechnik der KE17. Dies umfasst die Lieferung, den Einbau, den Anschluss sowie die Inbetriebnahme der elektrischen Energietechnik und der Leit- und Automatisierungstechnik inklusive der Prüfung der Funktionstüchtigkeit. Folgende Anlagenteile sind inbegriffen: Modernisierung der Niederspannungshauptverteilung (27 Felder), der Niederspannungsschaltanlagen (72 Felder, vorrangig Einschubtechnik, teilweise Festeinbau), der Blindleistungskompensationsanlage, der Gaswarnanlage, des Not-Halt-Systems inkl. Erneuerung der Taster, der USV-Anlage, der Gleichstromversorgungsanlage. Anpassung der Detailspezifikationen, Ersatz der Serie MELSEC System Q durch die Komponenten der Nachfolgeserie MELSEC iQ-R, Ersatz der Vor-Ort Bedienung in den Schaltschranktüren durch HMIs, Ersatz der Vor-Ort-Befehlsgeräte, neue Busgruppen im jeweiligen Feld der NS-Anlage, neue SPS Schaltschränke (14 Felder), vollständige Softwareerstellung für die jeweilige SPS und Anbindung an das PLS, neue Kabeltrassensysteme und Kabel, neue Beleuchtungsanlage innerhalb der elektrischen Räumlichkeit, Ersatz der Installationsschalter im Feld, Demontage der alten elektrischen Anlagenteile, Kabelrückzug alter Kabel, neue Schiebermotoren (ca. 150 Stück) und neue Pumpenmotoren (ca. 40 Stück) bei ausgewählten Pumpen.
