Description

Das Klinikum Solingen plant, im Westen der Liegenschaft ein neues Bettenhaus mit einer neuen Küche zu errichten. Um den Neubau funktionsgerecht an den Bestand Haus E und Haus F anzubinden, wird das vorhandene Haus G zurückgebaut und Sicherungsmaßnahmen am Bestand umgesetzt (z.B. Fundamente, Fassade etc.). Der Neubau des Bettenhauses ist als winkelförmiges orthogonales Gebäude mit 7 Obergeschossen (U01-E05) und einem Technikgeschoss (U02) als Erweiterung des bestehenden Klinikums geplant. Eine neue Küche wird als eingeschossiger Baukörper westlich an das Bettenhaus angedockt. Der Neubau bindet im Osten an das bestehende Haus E an, im Süden an das Haus F. Hierbei fällt das vorhandene Gelände von Norden (Eingang ZNA / U01) nach Süden (Zugang Haus F / U02) um ein Geschoss ab (ca. 4,25m). In den Technikzentralen (U02) werden tieferliegende Teilbereiche ausgebildet (Aufzugsunterfahrten, Luftkanäle; Tiefkeller). Zudem wird das Treppenhaus 3 / Aufzüge im Anschluss zu Haus F bis zur Ebene U03 heruntergeführt. Verfahrensgegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind die Erdarbeiten.
