Description

Erd- und Rohbauarbeiten Der Neubau wird mit zwei Vollgeschossen in Holzbauweise geplant. Die Stützen und Wände werden auf der Bodenplatte mit umlaufender Sockelaufkantung aus Stahlbeton gegründet. Die Frostsicherheit wird durch Streifenfundament/Frostriegel sichergestellt. Die Streifenfundamente, sowie die Bodenplatte liegen auf Magerbetonplomben auf, welche bis zum tragfähigen Baugrund reichen. Die Gründungsvorgaben des Baugrundgutachtens, sowie der beiligenden Ergänzung, sind zu beachten und umzusetzen. Siehe hierzu außerdem die ergänzende Setzungseinschätzung durch den Geologen. Die Erdarbeiten umfassen im Wesentlichen alle erforderlichen Aushub- und Wiederverfüllungsarbeiten, die für den Bau und die Standsicherheit des Tragwerks, so wie die technische Ver- und Entsorgung des Gebäudes erforderlich sind.
