Die Erstellung einer provisorischen Baustraße für die Zu- und Abfahrten der Fahrzeuge zur Nutzung und Montage eines Salz-Silos-Turmsilo sowie die Errichtung von zwei Beton-Bodenplatten für Zulieferfahrzeuge im Rahmen des Wiederaufbaus für den geplanten Bauhof in Schleiden-Herhahn. Für den geplanten Wiederaufbau des Bauhofs in Schleiden-Herhahn wird eine provisorische Baustraße errichtet. Diese dient als Zu- und Abfahrt für Fahrzeuge, die für die Nutzung und Montage eines Salz-Silos bzw. Turmsilos erforderlich sind. Zudem werden zwei Bodenplatten angelegt, um Zulieferfahrzeuge und Salzstreufahrzeuge die Be- und Entladung des Streuguts optimal zu ermöglichen. Diese Maßnahmen gewährleisten einen reibungslosen Ablauf während der Bauphase und schafft die notwendigen Voraussetzung für den späteren Betrieb des Bauhofs. Hierzu wird nach vorgegebener Flächenangabe die Grasnarbe entfernt, der Mutterboden bis zu einer Gesamttiefe von etwa 50 bis 60 cm ausgehoben und anschließend eine Schotterschicht mit der Körnung 0/45 eingebracht.
