Description

Der Markt Schöllkrippen beabsichtigt den Ersatzneubau einer Kultur- und Sporthalle. Die Zweifeldhalle wird für den Schul- und Vereinssport sowie für kulturelle Veranstaltungen genutzt. Die Halle kann mittels Trennvorhängen in zwei separat nutzbare Hallenhälften geteilt werden. Für Sportturniere steht eine feste Tribünenanlage mit Platz für ca. 200 Zuschauer zur Verfügung. Zur multifunktionalen Nutzbarkeit wird die Halle zusätzlich als Versammlungsstätte für Veranstaltungen mit bis zu 800 Besuchern ausgebildet. Die VE 02 „Erd- und Rohbaumaßnahmen“ beinhalten Erdarbeiten in Hanglage, teilweise im Fels. Der Rohbaukörper ist in den Hang eingeschoben. In Teilen wird eine WU-Konstruktion, in Teilen kommt eine Schwarzabdichtung zur Ausführung. Ein hoher Anteil der Wände wird in Sichtbetonqualität (SB2 / SB3) ausgeführt, teilweise in Halbfertigteilbauweise (Doppelwände). Neben der internen Treppenanlage werden auch die Sitzstufenanlagen (Tribüne) als Betonfertigteile ausgeführt. Zu Beginn der Maßnahme ist sowohl die Baustelleneinrichtung als auch Entwässerungskanalarbeiten auszuführen.
