Ausgeschrieben werden Rohbauarbeiten einschließlich Abbruch- und Rückbauleistungen im Bestand im Rahmen der Zuwendungsmaßnahme Rennbahn Hoppegarten - Haupttribüne am Standort Goetheallee 1, 15366 Hoppegarten. Gegenstand der Vergabe sind Bauleistungen im Rahmen der Zuwendungsmaßnahme Rennbahn Hoppegarten - Haupttribüne am Standort Goetheallee 1, 15366 Hoppegarten. Die Maßnahme umfasst die bauliche Instandsetzung, Anpassung und teilweise Erneuerung der bestehenden Haupttribüne. Die Arbeiten erfolgen überwiegend im Bestand und in Abstimmung mit parallel ausgeführten Gewerken. Das Gewerk Strahlarbeiten umfasst: a.) Schadstoffrückbau mit Entlackung b.) Farbschollenablösung c.) Ziegelsichtflächen reinigen/vereinheitlichen Die Schadstoffe wurden beprobt, die Analyse ist beiliegend. Es sind entsprechende Einhausungen notwendig. Teilweise können die vorhandenen Bauteilgeometrien zur Schleusenbildung oder Einhausung oder Teileinhausung verwendet werden.
