Open-House-Verträge für diverse Wirkstoffe ab frühestens 01.12.2026 bis 30.11.2028. Im Open House Verfahren sind Arzneimittel entsprechend der BfArM-Liste nach § 35 Abs. 5a SGB V (Kinderarzneimittel) ausgeschlossen. Gegenstand dieser Veröffentlichung ist der Abschluss von Verträgen nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V über verschiedene Wirkstoffe im Rahmen eines sogenannten Open-House-Verfahrens. Unter Vorgabe einheitlicher Vertragskonditionen sowie eines einheitlichen Zugangsverfahrens wird allen geeigneten und interessierten pharmazeutischen Unternehmen oder Gemeinschaften pharmazeutischer Unternehmen der Abschluss bzw. Beitritt zu einem Rabattvertrag nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V über den genannten Wirkstoff angeboten. Der früheste Vertragsbeginn ist der 01.12.2026, Vertragsende ist der 30.11.2028. Für die Wirkstoffe Golimumab und Tocilizumab ab 01.01.2027. Ein Beitritt zu diesem Open-House-Verfahren ist innerhalb der Vertragslaufzeit jederzeit möglich. Bitte seien Sie so nett und übersenden uns bei Interesse, gerne vorab per E-Mail, den in 2-facher Ausfertigung unterschriebenen Rabattvertrag unter Berücksichtigung der Kinderarzneimittel-Liste des BfArM.
